Helen

André Harvey was a realist, meaning he liked to focus on what is authentic. Many of his ideas came from the countryside where he grew up alongside the Brandywine River in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Helen is modeled after a particular sow who took an interest in Harvey and always came to him when he called. This piece is featured in Michigan's Farm Garden.
